Official stuff

We welcome everyone that wants to get involved with our epic trip - whether it be to ride along for a part of our journey, join us at one of the stopping places en route, or just wave at us as we pass by. 

It is important however, that anyone deciding to ride along with us, is aware of the following points: 

1 -  this is not an 'organised / group rideout'. Anyone who decides to ride along with us, does so at their own risk. The team members of 'The Tour' accept no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by anyone choosing to join us.

2 - while we have researched our preferred route as best as possible, there are always variables that we cannot account for. Please note therefore that the route is subject to change at short notice. 

3 - we will be riding to a strict(ish) timetable with people waiting for us in various places. We will not be able to stop to assist anyone that breaks down or needs to stop for any other reason; neither will we be able to carry anyone else's belongings in our back-up vehicles. 

4 - We will be stopping, sometimes apparently randomly, taking pictures or filming video footage. In order to ensure we do not obstruct other road users, please do not stop (as we may be filming you). Instead, please continue on to the next waypoint. 

It is absolutely vital that everyone enjoys themselves and does so safely. We strongly encourage everyone to ride courteously, adhere to speed limits and most importantly, to have fun Before We Forget.
